Infrastructure

For quality checking, RKIC carries out all the process under its quality testing department. RKIC is having various tools like Micro Meters, Digital Vernier and Calipers, Thread Pitch Micro Meters, Ring and Plug Gauges, Go/No - Go Gauges for accurate thread dimensions, Magnifying Projectors for precise dimensional checking, etc. All this tools are used to have tight control over every single product manufactured at RKIC. The setup of packaging department is done so well to maintain the flawless flow of inwards, storage and outwards. The products are packed exactly as per demanded by the customer and as per the necessity in accordance to the transport mode to be used to deliver the consignment.

The non-living infrastructure of RKIC is incomplete without its living infrastructure, i.e. the staff at RKIC. There are around 35 individuals who work at RKIC with full dedication towards their work and have great respect and love for the same. Every individual performs their task very well with the vision of providing complete satisfaction to the customers.
